Kate has a nurturing, sensitive touch.

The pace was fantastic - deep and slow. She was very present throughout, checked in regularly and had a kind and caring presence.

I felt I could really relax into it, trust and was encouraged to breathe for releasing. Lovely massage. I feel less tension & lighter.

I felt safe and cared for from the outset. I was comfortable and at ease throughout the session and Kate was very aware of my bodily responses. The only thing I regret is that she no longer lives locally to me.
